Greetings in the name of Jesus!

Greetings in the name of Jesus!

We live in a world today where commitment is something that sounds old fashion. Being faithful to your spouse, able to push aside your own personal needs for the sake of your family and the list goes on. Commitment is something that must be a part of our lives, if it is not we would never learn to become responsible adults. Having a commitment to something means that you care and desire to see that certain part of your life become a success! Not only is God requiring us to be committed to our family but he also wants us to be committed to be responsible of our actions and the way we live our lives here on this world.  We find that Jesus called to some fishermen to dedicate their lives to become fishers of men. In Revelation 3:20 Jesus said “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me”.  Today Jesus wants to be a part of your life but He will only be a part of your life if let him. To go to church when it is convenient will not give you the relationship with God that you want. Just as in a relationship with your spouse in order to have a successful marriage you have to work at it everyday. To have a successful relationship with God, it takes a life of commitment and desire. If you never fall in love with God and stay in love, your commitment to God will soon start to waiver. The greatest thing that ever happened to me was when I repented of my sins, was baptized in the precious name of Jesus, and received the Holy Ghost (with the evidence of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance). Committing my life to a faithful and just God has given me a life of blessings and no regrets. Only you can make the decision for yourself. Your soul is your responsibility!

REMEMBER JESUS LOVES YOU!

With Love,
Pastor Daryl Scott
